**Due to complications during the 2021 - 2022 ASUC Annual Budget and Spaces Allocation (ABSA) process, the PMC and PMC are not offering the opportunity for RSOs to store new archives this academic year. RSOs who have materials in the archives from past years are able to retrieve their archived materials upon request. We hope to bring our storage program back for the 2022 - 2023 academic year.**
Typically, students of registered student organizations interested in storing equipment and print archives may reach out to the PMC for on-campus storage space in our Hearst Gym cage.
The Publications and Media Board (PMB) engages the Publications and Media Center (PMC) to manage the cage. In order to provide secure, equitably shared storage, the PMC's staff manage access to the cage. The combination is not distributed.
